Good question. The short answer is probably No, unfortunately not. Unless you have a problem with yeast infections. Fungal infections are usually caused by Candida albicans, which can be caused by the consumption of foods high in sugar or yeast. This does not mean that a healthy person should eat anything with these ingredients. Otherwise there would be an infection every time she ate a piece of bread (my fav drink) a beer that contains yeast and sugar. Just try to enjoy everything in moderation, including Vegemite.
